Retail Store Manager Role As the Store Manager overseeing our South Yarra and Prahran locations, you will be instrumental in shaping the culture and performance of the Dineamic retail team. You’ll lead day-to-day operations across both stores, driving retail excellence, strong sales performance, and an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include meeting and reporting on sales targets, managing stock with precision, and effectively coordinating staff rosters in line with wage budgets. What’s in It for You? What We’re Looking For 2+years’ experience in retail management rolewith a passion for healthy, nutritious food and fostering a great workplace! An autonomous and engaging leader who can inspire a team to succeed A sound operational & strategical skill set and experience with stock control and visual merchandising. Experience with effectively managing a roster & wage control, can facilitate site maintenance if required.
