This role will move to become a Project Manager over the next eighteen months so you need to have some good project experience already. There are no politics in this company, the expectation is that you get in and get the work done. Work life balance is dictated by you, if the project is managed well you will have an excellent opportunity for a good work life balance and the company has stated they will provided you with every resource required to deliver the work. This is done by not under-resourcing projects as we typically see in the market but resourcing them appropriately and ensuring people are engaged and enjoy their work. To be successful in this role you should currently be a Senior Project Engineer looking for a challenge. Ideally have worked on Sydney infrastructure works but a good attitude and no arrogance will fit this business well. They work closely with their clients but expect their clients to work with them to ensure successful completion of works.
