ROLE PURPOSE The Sales Specialist – Health, Hygiene & Safety (HHS) partners with the broader sales team to provide technical expertise and market insights on Health, Hygiene & Safety products for customers. The role focuses on driving revenue and margin growth through new business and expanding the share of wallet. The portfolio for this role focuses within the early childhood, care, and government sectors, representing some of our strategic accounts in Queensland. These accounts are national in scope, and the successful candidate is expected to effectively represent the business and manage strategic accounts of this nature. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Revenue & Margin Growth: Achieve individual and state revenue targets by identifying and closing existing HHS, and Winc pipeline opportunities. Technical Expertise: Provide technical HHS product knowledge and expertise to the sales team and clients, helping to explain complex products and solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Sales Proposals: Preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the company's offerings. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights that inform sales strategies. Product Training: Conduct training sessions for sales account managers and clients to ensure a thorough understanding of product features and benefits. Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals. Customer-focused: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform decision‑making. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Pipeline Mgt: Proven track record in building and converting sales pipeline.
