Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday–Saturday rotation. Responsibilities Ensure store operations run smoothly to create seamless, memorable customer experiences. Success Criteria / Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a large format retail environment. Proven coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development.
