About the Role The Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Manager is responsible for leading an energetic and passionate team who are dedicated to creating experiences for our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Boutique Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market. What Impact You Can Create at Chanel As a Boutique Manager, you will drive sales, business growth, team development and an unforgettable client experience. You will ensure the boutique meets Chanel standards in every aspect, from client service to operations. What Will You Do? Empower the team, provide feedback and show commitment to the growth and development of the team by creating a culture of learning. Partner with our learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise. Create and continue a strong relationship with our retail partner, striving to achieve the best outcome for Chanel. Role model the Chanel service standards for client experience and lead by example on the selling floor. Create and maintain a client base for the boutique by proactively recruiting and growing client loyalty. What You Will Bring Demonstrated management experience preferably within a luxury or fast‑moving environment. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success. Open‑mindness to diversity and cultural differences along with the ability to work with team members and clients of diverse backgrounds. The ability to work across a roster that covers the trading hours of a retail boutique.
