Ortigas, Pasig Cty Salary Budget: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 per month Job Summary: The Training Specialist will design, implement learning interventions and conduct training and development programs for employees. Duties and responsibilities: Assist in assessing the training needs through surveys, interviews, job observation etc. Develops and designs appropriate training programs for employees. Develops and select the appropriate training handbook/ handouts to support and facilitate learning. Facilitates training programs such as but not limited to, employee orientation/ onboarding, leadership training, train the trainers, presentation skills and other soft skills training. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs. Evaluates effectiveness of training programs through survey forms, interview and use the relevant data to recommend changes in the program as necessary. Ensures that the training modules are relevant and up-to-date. Maintains and updates the training activities such as attendance, evaluation result, training cost, and assessment, if any. Maintains knowledge in the latest trends and tools in training and development. Provide support in developing the annual training plan and reporting on the implementation of the plans. Requirements: At least 2 years' experience of working on a Training Specialist position Significant experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles Good experience of organizing the full training cycle Good practical experience with learning management software٫ MS Office, CANVA and databases Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods٫ tools and techniques Close familiarity with talent management and succession planning Strong decision making and organizational skills Good ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
