The Opportunity Based at our wastewater treatment plant in Henderson, WA, this Branch Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to lead a critical operational site with genuine autonomy, accountability, and purpose. You will step into a key leadership role overseeing high-impact operations, with a strong mandate to drive safety excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Your ability to lead high-performing teams, supported by strong commercial acumen and experience in water treatment operations, transport and logistics, and fleet management, will be essential to your success. Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives, robust systems, and continuous improvement programs. Ensure effective performance management, talent development, and succession planning to drive engagement, capability, and retention across operational teams. Partner closely with Commercial and Finance teams to enhance data integrity, optimise processes, and support strategic market growth. Oversee the operational and financial performance of both sites, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Monitor and manage operational expenses, implementing efficiency and cost‑reduction programs that increase profitability while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. About You You are an inspired, solutions‑focused operational leader with a proven record of managing complex industrial operations. You balance day‑to‑day site leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring high levels of team engagement, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced operation. Strong operational management experience in liquid waste collection and processing is desirable. A proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a successful track record of implementing practical and effective operational improvements.
