Our client is a progressive materials handling company and a market leader in their field. They now have an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join their expanding team. The Service Administrator will provide and ensure a proficient, effective, and timely administrative service throughout the business. Responsibilities Contact customers for service bookings. Process and follow up on customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries. Ensure technicians’ work schedules to attend customer service calls. Raise and manage purchase orders, invoicing and receipting. Document all customer information on the company database. Customer account management and accurate filing. Ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned. Data entry and generate weekly/monthly reports as required. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Follow up delivery of goods ordered. Order stationery and uniforms as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar administration role. Qualification in Business Administration is desired. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Reliable with strong attention to detail. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new products.
