This permanent, full‑time opportunity is based at our Halcyon Evergreen community in Clyde, VIC , and plays a key role in helping future homeowners take the next step into community living. This role works on a Tuesday to Saturday roster. This is a customer‑focused sales role where relationships, trust and service excellence sit at the heart of everything you do. Working full time within the Halcyon Sales team, you will engage with potential home buyers, guide them through the sales journey, and contribute to achieving community sales targets while delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. What You’ll Do Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors to the sales centre, providing clear and engaging information about Halcyon and the community Build strong relationships with potential home buyers and support them through the full sales process Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and Community teams to achieve sales targets Generate and nurture sales leads through database management, appointments, networking and marketing initiatives Maintain accurate and timely records across CRM and sales systems Represent Halcyon at community events and industry functions Prepare and manage sales documentation, including home purchase and site agreements Act as a proud ambassador for Stockland Halcyon, always delivering a high standard of service About You You enjoy connecting with people and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
