This isn't a referral arrangement. It's a fully embedded, advice-led lending operation that most broking businesses can't touch. The Role We're growing fast and we need someone who can lead the lending team without letting anything slip. That means managing two strong brokers, maintaining your own personal loan book, coordinating with our offshore support team, and stepping into CSM management within your first few months. This is a senior role. You'll have earned the right to it through years of high-quality broking and at least some experience managing people. You'll hit the ground running, not wait for a ramp. What You’ll Own Personal loan book at 60% of standard broker volume ($3M+ in monthly settlements) Day-to-day performance management of 2 brokers (with more to come as we grow) Weekly coordination of our offshore support team CSM management within 1-3 months of starting Weekly coaching and file QA reviews with each broker File quality, compliance narrative, and client experience across the lending team Process improvement: spot the gaps, propose the fix, implement it What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years experience as a fully qualified mortgage broker. A track record of $3M+ per month in personal settlements. Experience managing people: CSMs, admin, or junior brokers. You know what a real performance conversation looks like. Strong lender panel knowledge and comfort with complex files. Clear, direct communicator who doesn't overcomplicate. Someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
