Overview Join the Technical Presales Enterprise Architecture team at Adobe and play a key role in helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation and customer experience strategies. This is a highly strategic and customer-facing role, acting as the primary technical driver in sales cycles, helping close deals while ensuring long-term customer success. The Enterprise will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and consulting teams to shape solution vision and bring innovation to life. Responsibilities Lead enterprise architecture engagements, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation and customer experience initiatives Partner with executive stakeholders (CIO/CTO/CMO) to define solution vision and future-state architectures Conduct architecture assessments and develop actionable, high-impact recommendations Design and present reference architectures and solution blueprints aligned to Adobe Experience Cloud Support sales cycles as the technical lead, helping progress and close complex enterprise deals Develop success roadmaps that align technology investments to business outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and customer strategy Contribute to thought leadership and innovation, particularly across Content Supply Chain methodologies What You’ll Need to Succeed Deep experience in enterprise architecture within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Proven ability to lead and manage change across large organisations Strong executive presence, with excellent presentation and communication skills Experience working in technical presales or customer-facing advisory roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop hypotheses and synthesize recommendations Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams High level of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning Energetic, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Technical Expertise Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into business value Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate across technical and business audiences Experience with MarTech platforms, ideally including: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Dynamic Media Exposure to workflow automation and process tools (e.g. Workfront, Fusion, low-code platforms) Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance) Understanding of data ecosystems, including CRM systems, data lakes, and data warehousing Experience integrating platforms (e.g. Adobe Commerce with AEM) is advantageous Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences EEO and Accessibility Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
