Your Role with Us Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing knowledge of the great outdoors. As Assistant Store Manager, work closely with your team across: Management of Inventory. Opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities Sales Visual Merchandising Management of Inventory About You Enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. You regularly participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping and travel. Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential. Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role or 2–3 years in a retail sales role. Computer literate. Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
