With a strong client portfolio already in place, the business is now looking for an experienced Paid Media Director to take ownership of the agency’s performance function and help shape the next phase of growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and broader performance strategy. Responsibilities Lead a team of 25 across Paid Media & Performance strategy, supervising 4 direct reports Oversee team structure, capability development, client growth, pitching and future service evolution Work closely with senior leadership to continue scaling the agency’s performance offering and ensure clients receive commercially focused, modern media strategies across multiple digital channels Lead both strategy and operational delivery Manage P&L performance and drive strong commercial outcomes for clients and the agency Qualifications Proven experience leading high‑performing Paid Media teams within an agency environment Strong strategic and technical Paid Media knowledge across Google Ads, Meta and Programmatic Commercially minded with experience managing P&L performance Strong pitching and client‑facing experience Experience building team structures and development plans Ability to lead both strategy and operational delivery Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability Experience scaling performance functions within fast‑moving agency environments Compensation & Location Salary up to $160K plus super Sydney CBD based agency Must hold PR or Citizenship #J-18808-Ljbffr
