About Us Builtcom, a part of Conquest, is an ever‑growing Australian construction and development company delivering high‑quality residential and mixed‑use projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of one of our upcoming projects in Sydney, NSW. This is a permanent full‑time position with further opportunities to grow within the business, with an extensive pipeline of projects secured over the next 10 years. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities, including the coordination of trades, materials, and equipment Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are followed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management Monitor and maintain safe work practices, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel Liaise with subcontractors and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including supervision, training, and performance management Manage and optimise site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards What We’re Looking For A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of relevant building codes and regulations Excellent site project management and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the site team Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related field Why Join Us At Conquest, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
