From creating solutions for our clients to building careers for our people, **we shape what matters**, and that’s where you come in.**About the Role**BDO has an opportunity for a **Manager**to join our **Corporate M&A Tax** team based in **Brisbane****On joining BDO, you can expect to:*** Be engaged across a full spectrum of Private Equity/M&A tax advisory work including tax due diligence, domestic and international transaction structuring, transaction documentation reviews, modelling, private binding ruling preparation and fund structuring* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on transactions, directly liaising with clients, commercial lawyers, investment bankers, investigating accountants and other service providers* Work closely with Partners and other Directors across various BDO tax and Corporate Finance, Commercial Due Diligence and other Deal Advisory services teams also engaged on transactions* Build enduring relationships with clients to develop your professional practice* Work in an inclusive, supportive and professional environment as part of a wider National Tax team which has significant growth ambitions**About you*** Demonstratedwithin an M&A/Deals Advisory tax practice at a Big 4 Accounting firm, mid-tier accounting firm or as a Corporate Tax advisor at a Law firm* A commercial understanding of M&A transactions* A proven track record of advising on tax due diligence, tax structuringin developing these further* A collaborative and inclusive working style, underpinned by an enquiring mindset that is open to new ways of thinking and confident in constructively challenging the status quoWorking for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm.
