Domestic Relocation Assistance: Domestic relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Managing our customers’ upcoming relocations. Following up with customers prior to the move to ensure everything is in order for the move. Collecting and following up payments. Liaising with all stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure a smooth and seamless moving experience. Ad-hoc administrative tasks relevant to the role. Qualifications/Experience Sales and customer service experience, preferably within logistics/transport/shipping. A professional communication manner, both oral and written. Detail oriented with strong listening skills. Task oriented with the ability to work well within a small team environment. Respectful by valuing all people and the contributions they make.
