The Opportunity Mattel ANZ are seeking a Brand & Product Manager to join our Global Brand Team! This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of regional commercial marketing initiatives across an assigned portfolio, ensuring campaigns and plans are executed effectively across markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with a strong execution focus and analytical mindset. You’ll work across multiple markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, track performance, and contribute to delivering strong business outcomes. This role is on a 12 month contract for a parental leave backfill. As a Brand & Product Manager you will be responsible for: Executing regional marketing plans across markets in collaboration with media and PR teams. Leading the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities. Coordinating campaign rollouts across markets, maintaining high standards across all touchpoints. Supporting commercial planning processes including AOP and A&P through data analysis and market inputs. Assisting in translating regional strategies into clear market-level execution plans. Partnering with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support demand planning and forecast alignment. Manage product selection for both ANZ & Japan by channel, including coordination of exclusives, inline with brand financial expectations Tracking KPIs including sales performance, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness. Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending actions to optimise results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and timely execution across markets. Experience, knowledge and skills we think the right candidate will hold: Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or a related discipline. 3–5+ years’ experience in commercial marketing, brand, trade marketing, or sales strategy roles. Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Analytical capability with confidence interpreting performance data and insights. A structured, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and confidence working across regional and cross-functional teams. A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
