We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead to work for a large not for profit organisation, specialising in working with youth and young adults who are facing mental health challenges. This role would oversee a team of 10 Clinicians and provide them with supervision and support as well as managing and overseeing the operations of the service. Details About The Role Base Salary of $104-135k plus super, plus salary packaging FTE Contract role until March 2027 initially with the possibility of extension Position based in the Inner West Oversee a team of 10 Clinicians - most are part time, 2-3 days/week Full Time role - possibility of 4 days per week Work for an excellent not for profit organisation with an established team Role came as a result of a secondment within the organisation About the organisation This organisation run a leading national program focussed on the mental health of young people. They have run this service for a number of years and also have a number of other programs and projects that they run in the community, supporting those in need. Duties It’s possible to carry a small caseload, however the main focus of the role is to provide clinical supervision and oversight to the team Manage a team of 10 direct reports – most of these are part time Supervise student placements via training, supervision and performance management. Proactively support team well-being and relevant learning and development for staff Lead, develop and oversee implementation and evaluation of services to young people (12-25 years) and their families. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (GPs, contracted clinicians, co-located staff, administration staff) to ensure service priorities are met Ensure services delivered by the team meet practice standards and are based on evidence based best practice principles. Ensure services are delivered in line with client need, contractual requirements, evidence-informed practice and organisational practice standards. On offer Base Salary of $104-135k plus super and salary packaging, dependent on experience Monthly RDO Opportunity to work from home 1 day per week Clinical supervision Flexible work arrangements Requirements Tertiary qualification in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other relevant field with AHPRA registration or other registration in place Previous experience in managing staff Experience working with youth and young people in the mental health area #J-18808-Ljbffr
