Coordinate daily clinical operations of the ward, managing resources. Provide senior clinical leadership to the nursing team. Ensure patient‑centred, recovery‑focused and trauma‑informed care. Model professional conduct to junior staff. Facilitate collaborative multi‑disciplinary communication. Impact By leading the ward you will enhance leadership skills, contribute to high‑quality mental‑health care, and collaborate with young people and their carers in recovery. Requirements Post‑graduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or completion of a specialist undergraduate mental‑health nursing program. Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program.
