THE PRACTICE Great opportunity for GPs on Expedited or Specialist pathways Working hours are based on 8 am - 4.30 pm week days, this is very flexible Patient & staff parking is available Choose your appointment times, you have full clinical independence THE OPPORTUNITY You'll be supported with full nursing coverage Allied Health support is available Occupational Health, Skin Cancer, minor procedures, women's health, and chronic disease management GP sub‑specialties are in demand You will earn $150/ hour, or 65‑70% of billings, whichever is higher Likely earnings $250,000-$300,000 before tax each year DUTIES Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health Prescribe and administer medications and treatments Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues LOCATION DPA/MM6, Broome, is a busy coastal town of 15000, with a significant shortage of General Practitioners Visa sponsors, will support permanent residency.
