Business Support Officer – Operations (WA) Job no:Work type: Full timeLocation: Western AustraliaCategories: Corporate/Shared Services About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer Operations professional to join our Asset Maintenance & Repairs team in WA. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across invoicing, scheduling, estimating, and coordination activities. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Coordinate scheduling and workflow to maximise productivity Process timesheets for payroll and job records Raise and manage jobs, purchase orders, and client estimates Monitor and close out jobs and POs as required Maintain accurate data entry across business systems Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and bookings Coordinate flights and accommodation for employees Maintain rosters and workforce planning systems Respond promptly to emails and prioritise workload effectively Financial & Administrative Assist with invoicing and estimation processes Follow up on accounts and invoicing queries Update forecasting systems and internal platforms Compliance & Safety Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures Conduct fatigue and qualification checks Report incidents and hazards promptly Team Contribution Support a collaborative and positive team environment Communicate openly with internal teams and stakeholders Provide backup support across the team when required About You You are a detail‑oriented and reliable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams.
