Job Description Senior Manager, Performance – a critical leadership role responsible for driving performance oversight and continuous improvement across employment services programs. You will ensure contractual outcomes are achieved, strengthen operational delivery, and enable data‑driven decision making across the business. Lead the development and execution of performance frameworks aligned to organisational strategy. Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insights into action. Lead national and local performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery outcomes. Partner with operational leaders to uplift capability, manage underperformance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Senior leadership experience in performance management within employment services or similar outcome‑based environments. Proven ability to design and deliver data‑driven performance frameworks that improve contract outcomes. Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights. Demonstrated success managing multi‑site performance, including turning around underperformance. Deep understanding of contracts, KPIs and compliance frameworks.
