Direct Entry Captain Cessna Citation 560 Ultra Direct Entry Captain, Cessna Citation 560 Ultra | FIFO Karratha (ex-Perth) | Air Ambulance AVCAIR is hiring a Direct Entry Captain to join our Citation Ultra (C560) air ambulance operation, based in Karratha on a 14-on / 14-off FIFO roster from Perth. Why this role works This is a genuine lifestyle position. Planned flying is around 200 hours per year (a mix of mission and training flights), plus two simulator trips per year at Flight Safety. On-base time is structured around primary or reserve on-call, leaving meaningful space for study, further qualifications or personal projects. It also suits a Captain who wants to step into the senior team and contribute beyond the flight deck across safety, training and base functions, with a clear runway into Training and Checking and simulator instructor roles down the track. We've already promoted co-pilots into command and Captains into T&C; we take a long-term view of what you want to achieve with us.
