Overview The Security‑Security Specialist & GTM Lead leads a geographically distributed squad to deliver mid‑market Catalyst Solutions, managing the full customer lifecycle from outcome definition to operational improvement. Responsibilities Lead a distributed squad of architects, delivery consultants, change and adoption specialists. Own the full lifecycle – outcome definition, readiness assessment, delivery, adoption, operate/improve. Move mid‑market customers from uncertainty to commitment fast, closing deals in 2–4 week cycles. Identify and scale reusable IP, patterns, and accelerator assets across squads. Co‑sell with Microsoft, configure commercial bundles with CSP Specialist, and brief Solution Architect on transformation context. Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to validate outcomes and build forward roadmaps. Key Performance Indicators Win rate: 45% on qualified opportunities pursued Net Revenue Retention: 120% across managed customer base Customer advocacy (NPS): 40 per engagement Expansion rate: 30% of customers purchasing next‑wave Catalyst Solutions within 12 months Deals solutioned with AI: proportion of deals with SP51 AI efficiency tag (EvolveAI) Microsoft co‑sell contribution Qualifications + years in technology consulting with a strong transformation and delivery track record in at least one Microsoft CSA domain. Demonstrable domain depth and industry knowledge – can walk into a sector‑specific customer conversation with immediate credibility. Experience owning NRR and customer expansion – accountable for outcomes after delivery. Experience leading distributed squads or teams across geographies with utilisation and outcome accountability. Mid‑market client experience strongly preferred; comfortable with faster cycles and direct customer accountability. Active Microsoft certifications in the relevant CSA domain preferred. Core Competencies & Knowledge Domain and industry depth – expertise in squad’s primary CSA domain and the sectors that matter. Transformation advisory with pragmatism: removes blockers fast, opinionated and direct. Full lifecycle capability: assess & readiness, implementation, adoption, operate, and improvement. Agentic AI practical application – knows where it genuinely changes outcomes at mid‑market scale. IP identification and productization from squad delivery.
