Overview Position: Boutique Manager – PenrithContract: 12-month until 30th June 2027Location: Penrith Employment Details Full‑time (32 hours per week) rotating roster with a mix of late‑night trading shifts and alternate weekends. Responsibilities Motivate and inspire the team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth. Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Coach and mentor the leadership team with regular feedback and performance reviews. Introduce fresh ideas that enhance the boutique experience, innovate and improve processes. Accountably manage visual merchandising and inventory. Coach on the floor, manage KPIs, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and mentor your leadership team. Qualifications & Requirements Full working rights in the relevant location. Must undergo pre‑employment checks, including health checks, prior to appointment.
