We’re looking for motivated Health, Safety, Environment & Training (HSE&T) Coordinators who are eager to step into mining (or deepen their experience) and play a key role in creating safer, high-performing workplaces. What You’ll Be Doing: In this hands‑on role, you’ll be embedded within site operations, where you’ll: Partner with leaders to embed strong safety practices on site. Support and implement safety systems and improvement initiatives. Influence and coach teams in critical risk management. Lead incident investigations and drive meaningful outcomes. Track and report on safety performance and trends. Assist with return‑to‑work programs and worker wellbeing. Identify practical ways to improve site safety, training, and systems. Play a key role in creating a positive, proactive safety culture. What We’re Looking For: You don’t need underground experience, what matters is your mindset and foundation: Background in HSE within high-risk environments (mining, construction, transport, manufacturing, etc.). Strong communication skills and a passion for influencing others. A proactive, hands‑on approach with a growth mindset. Willingness to work FIFO (8:6 or 7:7 roster).
