P&C Business Partner | Employee Relations Focus Melbourne This is a hands‑on role within a large, operational organisation supporting a complex, union‑ised workforce. The person in this role will partner with frontline leaders, navigate ER matters with confidence and bring genuine IR depth to a team that values it. What You'll Be Doing Provide advice and support across the full range of employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes. Interpret and apply enterprise agreements. Partner with operational leaders on performance and engagement. Support change and workforce planning initiatives across a safety‑critical environment. About You Held a People Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position within a union‑ised environment and has strong working knowledge of enterprise agreements and Fair Work frameworks. Managed complex ER matters end to end and has worked alongside blue‑collar or operational workforces – transport, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing or utilities would all be relevant backgrounds. Pragmatic, credible with frontline leaders and comfortable in environments that move quickly and don’t always follow the script. The Detail Base salary between $150K and $170K plus super.
