Food Safety & Quality Manager Location: Sydney, NSW, AU Purpose of the Role Partner with site leadership to elevate food safety and quality performance Drive a proactive food safety and quality culture through coaching, visibility, engagement and continuous improvement Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Drive strong HACCP, GFSI and customer audit outcomes, ensuring systems are effective and sustainable Lead internal audits, including non-conformance management and follow-through actions Use data, trends and insights to identify risks and drive meaningful improvement initiatives Support and coach teams to build capability and lift standards across the site Develop and mentor a direct report, providing clear direction, feedback, and support Contribute to broader site strategy and business performance outcomes About You Degree in Food Science or related discipline Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG Strong technical capability across HACCP, GFSI standards, audits and quality systems Proven ability to influence and build credibility across cross‑functional teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage, coach and challenge constructively Able to bring others on the journey and guide outcomes through collaboration Previous experience coaching or mentoring team members Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills Why Join Us?
