Impact In this senior specialist role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and People & Culture teams, providing expert workplace relations and industrial relations guidance across a national footprint. You will lead complex case management, support enterprise agreement interpretation, and work closely with unions, legal partners and senior stakeholders to achieve balanced, fair and compliant outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping capability across the organisation, uplifting leaders’ understanding of workplace relations and contributing to strategies that proactively identify and manage industrial relations risk, and create consistent, people‑first practices.
