About the role As Associate Structural Engineer, you will: Lead and manage the structural design and delivery of mid‑rise residential buildings and government‑funded developments across Melbourne. Drive technical excellence across projects, overseeing design, documentation, and quality assurance. Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
