Overview An opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Treasury Accountant to join a large corporate organisation on a contract through EOFY. This role will suit a technically strong accountant with prior exposure to treasury accounting, treasury operations or financial markets environments. Candidates with Big 4 training and experience within corporate treasury or financial services will be highly regarded. Responsibilities Maintaining FX rates within the ERP system Processing treasury settlements and treasury transactions Preparing daily cash flow forecasting and reporting General ledger reconciliations Assisting with AASB 139 / AASB 9 reporting Preparing bank journals, valuation and effectiveness testing Interest allocations and month end treasury support Qualifications Degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance CA or CPA qualification Big 4 training or experience preferred Previous experience within a corporate treasury or financial services environment Exposure to treasury systems such as Reval, Quantum or GTreasury Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment Benefits / Additional Information This is an excellent opportunity to work for an ASX listed business offering great flexibility, only 2 days in the office.
