Responsibilities Recruit data engineers, LLM specialists, and machine learning engineers for a range of clients. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates via phone, email, and social media. Provide transparent, informative feedback to candidates and avoid cryptic job ads. Participate in business development activities. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience (or 5+ years as a senior consultant). Proven track record of billings and meeting KPIs. Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively. Comfortable using social media and phone for outreach. Motivated, resilient, and able to brush off setbacks.
