THE ROLE This is a high-impact Investment Manager role with end-to-end exposure across origination, transactions, asset management and investor engagement, with a focus on the Retirement Living sector, where you’ll help shape investment decisions and drive portfolio performance. Key responsibilities (but not limited to) include: Lead financial modelling, investment analysis and capital management decisions Identify and assess new real estate investment opportunities Manage transaction processes, including acquisitions and capital raising Oversee asset performance, valuations and investment outcomes Prepare Investment Committee papers, board reporting and investor updates Support strategy development through market analysis and insights Lead and mentor junior team members across analysis and execution WHAT YOU’LL BRING Degree in Finance, Commerce, Property, Economics or similar 8-10+ years’ experience in real estate, IB, corporate finance or consulting Strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, in particular the Retirement Living sector Experience in cash flow modelling, valuations and development feasibility analysis Advanced financial modelling and strong numerical capability Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
