The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Mitcham Area. This is a permanent part time position with a requirement to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours when needed. You will need to be available 2‑3 days per week and must have access to your own car. About the Role Establish at store level a visual presence through building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover. Assist in limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading promotional activity. Assist the Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS, and attempting to resolve non‑compliance issues. Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards. Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel. Adhere strictly to provided OH & S guidelines. Qualifications High school certificate preferred. Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role, preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation. Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity, Problem Solving and Basic Selling Skills. Own a car and be able to travel to store locations.
