Job Details Employment Term: Permanent part-time (4 days per week) Location: Bundaberg Remuneration: $51 per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) About the Role The Counsellor/Group Facilitator will support individuals and families experiencing separation, high conflict, and emotional stress through counselling, group facilitation, and case management. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, counselling, psychoeducation, referrals, and case management to parents. Co‑facilitate the Business of Parenting Groupwork. Support children and families through referrals and case collaboration. Complete risk assessments and safety planning for domestic and family violence clients. Adhere to organisational processes for managing client risk and case delivery. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of a Bachelor level degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioural Science. Eligible for membership with APS, AASW, or PACFA. Current Queensland Driver’s Licence. Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card). Willingness to undergo a criminal history check.
