Sedgman is currently seeking a skilled Structural Designer with hands‑on experience on projects ranging from conceptual design to detailed engineering. This position will be working on a diverse array of projects across the Mineral Processing industry. You'll be involved in the entire design process, from concept to detailed design, with a clear focus on Structural expertise. Key Responsibilities Ability to take an engineering concept and convert it into a 3D design. Check drafting deliverables for accuracy, completeness and adherence to design specifications & intent. Apply attention and diligence to uphold quality standards, and client requirements, to complete tasks efficiently. Create 3D designs from complex, multidiscipline engineering concepts. About You 3+ years of industry experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy industries. A strong understanding of relevant Australian standards. Experience with projects from conceptual design through to detailed engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D Proficiency in AutoDesk 3D modelling programs, such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Advanced Steel, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Vault and Plant3D Ability to work autonomously.
