Overview A fast-growing online platform are expanding their marketing team and investing heavily in digital and social. They are now looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager, to work alongside an in-house Video Producer and external creative agency, to lead, manage and execute on all social media and influencer/ partnership initiatives for the business. In this newly created role, the Social Media Manager will be involved in campaigns from ideation through to delivery and beyond, and will work closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing as well as the wider Marketing team. What you'll be doing day-to-day Social media management Paid Social Campaign ideation Managing the content calendar Working across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Reddit and any other relevant platform/s Influencer and partnership management Managing agency support Stakeholder management/ engagement, both internal and external Campaign analysis and reporting Driving brand awareness, engagement and performance with a strong focus on ROI What you'll need to get the role Extensive experience in the social media space, working on the agency and/ or brand-side Experience working across both organic and paid social Proven experience working end-to-end, from ideation through to delivery As well as being creative you must be data-driven and analytical Experience using tools including: Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and GA4 Ability to brief and manage agency partners A genuine passion for social media and emerging trends and technologies Location and working rights PLEASE NOTE: This role is based on the Gold Coast and is not open to remote-working.
