How you’ll make a difference Contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including overhead and underground transmission and distribution lines, high-voltage substations, and renewable generation stations. Support renewable energy developments across solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage at both utility and industrial scale. Assist across key project phases, from feasibility studies and outage planning to detailed design, technical specifications, construction monitoring, and project delivery support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate renewable energy into modern grids using extra-high-voltage AC/DC technologies and advanced connection solutions. Play a role in shaping the future energy landscape, with exposure to projects in solar, wind, hydrogen, pumped hydro, and energy storage systems. Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree: Must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or any related discipline. Graduated before Commencement: Must have completed your studies and graduated before starting the program. Commencement: Must be able to commence work by February 2027. Open to mid-year finishers who can start by July 2027. Working Rights: Must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying.
