SecureFence is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Estimator for our estimating team to contribute directly to business growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will oversee the preparation of accurate estimates and help secure new projects while strengthening client relationships. This is a key leadership position within a growing business, ideal for someone who is confident in both sales and technical estimation within the fencing or construction industry. Key Responsibilities Be part of the sales estimating function, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely security fencing estimates and proposals Review and analyse site plans, specifications, and tender documentation to provide detailed take-offs and pricing Engage with new and existing clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions Actively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, quotes, follow-ups, and project information Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and achievement of sales targets Conduct site visits when required to assess project scope, risks, and feasibility What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales estimating within the fencing or broader construction industry Strong technical understanding of fencing systems, materials, and installation processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong client relationships Self‑motivated, professional, and driven to achieve results Fencing industry experience is essential What We Offer Competitive salary package aligned with experience and capability Laptop, mobile phone, and vehicle considered for the right candidate Opportunity for professional growth within a stable and expanding company Supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team environment If you are a motivated estimator with strong industry knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
