Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the delivery of ICT programs that enhance business capability, infrastructure resilience, cyber security and service continuity, while ensuring all initiatives directly support the delivery of safe, compliant and high‑quality aged care services. The role will lead a team that will support the embedding of sustainable service management outcomes aligned to ITIL best practice and drives measurable improvements in processes and technology through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles. Specifically, you will lead and shape the delivery of complex ICT programs across infrastructure and cyber security, underpinned by strong PRINCE2‑aligned governance and controls. It manages risk, budgets, dependencies and benefits realisation, contributes to ICT investment prioritisation, and delivers enterprise initiatives across cloud, networks, identity and resilience. The position requires hands‑on analysis and solution design, including uplift of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, and strong engagement with executives, clinical leaders and vendors to translate technical risk into clear, actionable outcomes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computing/computer science Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs with a strong infrastructure and cyber security focus Hands‑on experience in business and technical analysis, including requirements definition and process improvement Previous experience managing and leading a technical team Strong knowledge of: Cyber security, risk management, and operational resilience ICT service management principles PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or equivalent ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) or strong ITIL‑based service management experience ADKAR methodology Experience working in Not‑for‑Profit, Aged Care, Health or Human Services environments Along with the essential criteria above, you will demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills and will enjoy engaging with stakeholders and vendors at all levels of the organisation.
