The role will involve reflecting this mission on all our social media platforms to drive and execute on brand strategy. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across all social media platforms, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure best-in-class content is delivered consistently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for brand storytelling and community engagement. Key Responsibilities of the role include: Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving traffic to our website. Leading the social media content direction and publishing schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Monitoring and adapting to social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity. Translating brand and campaign objectives into actionable social media plans. Working with the broader marketing team to align social activity with campaign calendars and promotional initiatives. Capturing behind-the-scenes content at shoots, events, and brand activations. Featuring confidently on camera and leading internal participation in organic content. Managing and mentoring junior social media staff, providing clear direction, feedback, and development pathways. About you: 3+ years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Proven track record of managing and growing social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics platforms, and social trends. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and design. Experience in mentoring or managing team members.
