Your new company A national Financial Services organisation requires a Senior IT Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, based in their Melbourne CBD office. Your new role Providing level 2/3 IT support to ~450 employees in Australia. Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware. Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects. Acting as an escalation point for junior members of the IT team. Managing Identity and Access Management (IAM). Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles. What you’ll need to succeed Prior experience in providing level 2 end-user IT support in a corporate setting. Sound knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, iOS / Android, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Intune / SCCM, ServiceNow / Jira ITSM tools and network troubleshooting. Highly developed troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. A tertiary education in Information Technology; Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial. Prior experience working in a Professional Services organisation is highly regarded.
