We have an opening in our FIVE DOCK office for a graduate or junior solicitor to assist our experienced Team with: Family Law Family Provision Claims Wills & Estate Planning What we are Looking For Up to 2+ years general legal experience in family law and / or estate disputes / family provision claims Strong technical skills Great communication skills Able to handle matters autonomously under the supervision of senior lawyers Desire to participate in business development initiatives Technologically Savvy (Outlook / Word / Microsoft Teams / Smokeball) What You Will Do Legal Research Draft correspondence, applications, financial statements, responses, affidavits, submissions, Wills plus more Attend mentions, mediations, hearings and client meetings Provide support to Team Members in other offices as needed Start 1 July 2026 Salary Negotiable.
