About the opportunities You’ll be working directly within the legal teams, but gain complete access to the wider business, building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing front-end construction advice across a range of commercial and project delivery matters relating to mixed use developments, general construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects across Australia. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating all forms of construction, consultancy, agreements (Australian Standard, as well as bespoke contracts) including D&C, O&M, EPC, and PPA agreements; Advising on project risk, procurement strategy, and contract management; Supporting the project delivery teams on general legal support. These are hands-on, commercially focused roles, suited to lawyers who enjoy working autonomously within a collaborative in-house environment. About You You are a senior level 5+ year construction lawyer, with solid front-end experience gained either in a private practice or corporate in-house environment. You’ll bring: Strong commercial judgment and practical problem-solving ability; Demonstrated experience in advising on construction/ building projects; Confidence engaging with project, and commercial teams; Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; Pragmatic, solutions focussed, able to balance legal risk with business priorities.
