Operating for over the past decade, they work closely with leading architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver exceptional luxury residences. Offering a fully integrated approach through in-house design and construction teams, the business delivers bespoke residential projects ranging from approximately $1.5M to $6M across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Sutherland Shire, and Lower North Shore. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from commencement to completion. Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams, carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop, implement, and maintain detailed construction programmes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with senior management to ensure successful project delivery and resolve site‑related issues. Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage financial performance. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide project updates and maintain strong relationships. Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements. Manage on‑site problem‑solving and decision‑making to keep projects progressing efficiently. Coordinate procurement, deliveries, subcontractors, and site logistics. Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with project documentation and design intent. Foster a positive, productive, and professional site culture. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Site Supervisor within high‑end residential construction. Demonstrated experience delivering custom homes and major renovations from start to finish. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Experience managing site teams, trades, and subcontractors. Current driver's licence. Certificate III in Carpentry. Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred). What’s On Offer Salary up to $150,000 + super.
