Member Engagement & Reception Officer Location: East Melbourne, Member Engagement & Reception Officer – Victoria (Full Time, Permanent) Salary: $91,381+ Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses under the RACGP’s health promotion charity status. About the role Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, communications, stakeholder liaison and on‑day support for faculty activities across Victoria. Prepare and distribute member communications, including newsletters, EDMs, social media content and promotional materials. Provide professional reception and front‑desk services, managing enquiries, visitors, mail, couriers, and security access passes. Support continuous improvement activities, reporting requirements and collaboration with internal teams, RACGP members and external service providers. Support member engagement activities for the Victoria Faculty. Skills & Experience Experience coordinating events and member activities. Strong communication and stakeholder skills. High attention to detail and organisation. Customer‑focused with admin and reception experience.
