Job Description What you’ll do Support and motivate your team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, respect, and achievement Drive sales through a deep understanding of our products and genuine, consultative service Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape strategies that delight customers and grow business performance Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard, ensuring it reflects our brand’s quality and attention to detail Resolve customer enquiries with care and professionalism, always striving for outstanding outcomes Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture or high-value categories such as jewellery, automotive, bedding, or luxury travel A confident and approachable communication style with a positive, can‑do attitude Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving A genuine passion for coaching others and helping your team succeed Additional Information What We Offer Competitive salary with generous uncapped commission.
