The role This is a senior client and creative leadership role across earned. Guiding key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact. Developing and selling earned-first, culturally relevant ideas that drive attention and conversation. Influencing earned ideation, from initial spark through to fully formed concepts ready to sell. Overseeing implementation, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope. Working closely with social, influencer, creative and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Guiding and mentoring a team, setting clear direction and raising the bar on output. This role balances creative thinking and delivery excellence. You’ll be as comfortable in a stakeholder room selling an idea as you are ensuring it lands in market. What you bring 7–10+ years’ experience in consumer PR, ideally within an agency environment. A strong track record of developing earned ideas that have driven media coverage and cultural cut‑through. Confidence pitching bold, disruptive concepts to senior stakeholders. Natural relationship builder, able to earn trust and maintain it. Strong news & social trend sense and awareness of what will land in media. High attention to detail across planning and creation. Experience motivating teams and handling multiple workstreams simultaneously. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
