You’ll step into an established and busy practice with strong support from the MP and wider Litigation team, while still being trusted to run matters your way. The nature of the work regularly involves contractual disputes, Corporations Act and shareholder disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct and Australian Consumer Law claims, and industry-specific regulatory matters, such as planning and environment. They also handle strategic pre-litigation and ADR work, including contractual dispute resolution procedures and responses to investigations. The team operates with a target of 5.5 billable hours per day.
