Service Designer / Service Design Analyst – Baseline or NV1 Cleared Canberra (Onsite) | 12+12 Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to support a major Federal Government intelligence and criminal systems program within the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC). This role will focus on designing end-to-end digital services for intelligence practitioners and partner agencies, applying Human-Centred Design (HCD) methodologies across complex operational environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, workshops and usability testing Develop personas, journey maps and service blueprints Translate research insights into requirements and user stories Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects and delivery teams Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and alignment to digital service standards Support Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe or Lean UX practices Skills & Experience Strong Service Design / UX / HCD background Experience with Figma, Miro, Visio or similar tools Agile delivery experience Knowledge of accessibility and digital service standards Experience in law enforcement, intelligence, defence or highly regulated environments highly regarded If interested, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
